No Bake Spiced Apple Protein Bars

Made from just four simple ingredients and enlivened with the addition of delicious Formula 1 Spiced Apple, chewy dried apple and oats, we think we’ve come up with a winner when it comes to tasty yet nutritious snacking. Perfect for lunchboxes, a post-gym treat or getting over that mid-afternoon energy slump, these yummy bars are as versatile as they are simple to prepare.

Prep time: 10 minutes
  • 3 scoops Formula 1 Spiced Apple
  • 120g rolled oats
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 30g dried apple, finely chopped

Line a baking dish or tray with cling film and set aside. Put half the oats into a blender and pulse until smooth. Put the blended oats and the Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk and mix until a thick batter is formed. Stir through the dried apple and transfer the mix to the baking dish, pressing down firmly. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut in to 6 bars to serve.
