​​Ingredients​

  • 45 g banana, reserving a slice to decorate
  • 2 scoops (23 g) High Protein Iced Coffee Mocha flavour
  • 60 ml semi-skim milk
  • 25 g zero fat (Greek) yogurt
  • 120 ml cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 g 90% dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Place the banana in a liquidiser and add the High Protein Iced Coffee Mocha flavour. Blend until smooth then add 2 tbsp of the milk and blend until combined. Add the remainder of the milk and blend, then the Greek yogurt and the water. Blend thoroughly.
  • Fill a serving glass with ice cubes and pour over the shake. Cut the banana slice halfway in and pop it on the side of the glass. Place the chocolate in a small microwaveable dish and microwave for 1 min. Stir the chocolate with a teaspoon until smooth, then drizzle the chocolate over the top of the glass. Drink immediately.
